  1. Q: What is the status of my order?
    A: At this time we do not have a way for you to check the status of your order online. After your order ships, a shipping notification email will be sent with full order details including your tracking number. You can always
    contact us to find out your order status.

  2. Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
    A: Our Estimated Delivery Schedule:

    ** We update estimated processing time based on current projected order volumes. Saturday and Sunday delivery not available.

    • Estimated Processing Time + Estimated Shipping Time = Estimated Total Delivery Time

    • If you place an order after 1 P.M. Eastern time, we'll begin processing it on the next business day.

    • Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and major holiday.

    • Estimated Total Delivery Time applies to all in-stock products only (no pre-orders, or back orders)

    • If we have to review an order for security reasons, that review may affect the Estimated Delivery Time.

    • We can't guarantee Estimated Shipping Time. Those times are determined by the specific carrier.

    • Ground and Express shipping methods are for U.S. Addresses only.

  3. Q: Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
    A: At this time, we do not accept orders for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  4. Q: Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
    A: HomeandBeyond.com cannot accept orders outside of the fifty United States.

  5. Q: What do you charge for shipping an order?
    A: We charge a single flat fee for each shipment, plus additional, per pound fees for each item in that shipment. The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the checkout, before you submit your order. Here is the equation we use to calculate the total shipping cost:

    Ground: $5.99/Shipment + .49/lbs.
    Express: $10.99/Shipment + .99/lbs.

    Note: Some items incur additional handling charges and will be displayed on the last page of the checkout.

  6. Q: What are your shipping restrictions?
    A: Most products on our site qualify for Ground, and Express shipping, however certain items are oversized. These oversized items must be delivered via common carrier (truck). To determine the lowest available rate, please contact us at 1-877-880-8877.
