General Returns Policy

When you shop at HomeandBeyond.com by Polsteins, we want you to be completely satisfied. If you find that you must return an item, we try to make this process as easy as possible!

Please contact our returns department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). You can do so by clicking here to fill out our online form.

Basic Policy:

  • Within 30 days of receiving a shipment from HomeandBeyond.com*, you may return any un-opened/un-used products for a full refund less shipping and handling.
  • A copy of the original packing slip and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must accompany all returns.
  • A refund will be issued only to the original credit card.

    Return Instructions:

  • Use the original packaging or a strong corrugated box.
  • Pack and tape your package securely.
  • Follow the instructions in your RMA email to ship the package back to us.

    Snowblowers and Power Tools
    All snowblowers and power tools carry manufacturer's warranty. Please contact the manufacturer regarding service and repairs.

    Damaged Items and Missing Items
    Please report damaged or missing items within 2 days of delivery by calling toll free 1-866-961-3360.

    Items That Use Hazardous Materials
    Used items that require flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned because they create a safety hazard. For example, if you filled your lawn mower with gasoline, it cannot be returned via UPS/FedEx or mail even if you drain the tank prior to shipping.

    Gift Certificates
    Gift certificates cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, credit or check.

    Special Order Merchandise
    Custom made products cannot be returned.

    Hot Buys
    All Hot Buys carry a manufacturer's warranty. Please contact the manufacturer or brand of the product for support or general inquires. If we shipped you an item that does not work properly, please let us know by sending an email to cs (AT) homeandbeyond.com, and a customer service representative will rectify the problem. Hot Buys if defective can only be exchanged for the same item if available. Credits are given in the event we run out of inventory. (This is very likely). Polsteins Home & Beyond reserves the right to limit quantities.
