The Rainbow Fast Fit Ironing Board Cover's top layer (25% of the weight) is made of 100% cotton (the purpose of this layer is to make the iron slide smoothly). The bottom layer (75% of the weight) is made from 100% polyster (the purpose of this layer is to retain the heat from your iron.) Note: The first time you use the Rainbow Ironing Board Cover, pass a hot iron over the cover several times to seal the dye used to produce the pattern. Patterns may vary.
