What's My Order Status?

Q: What is the status of my order?
A: At this time we do not have a way for you to check the status of your order online. After your order ships, a shipping notification email will be sent with full order details including your tracking number. You can always contact us to find out your order status.

Q: How do I modify or cancel my order?
A: Please contact our Customer Service Department immediately (click here) if you need to change your order. You may request to modify an order before it has entered our picking and shipping process. Every effort will be made to try to honor your request. However, there are no guarantees that we will be able to modify your order within the time frame. We try our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.
