I was given this showerhead as a gift, probably 9 or more years ago. I finally had to replace it due to that red bacteria build-up. If I wanted to, I could have cleaned that and kept using the old. I bought four of these flexible showerheads, one for me and three for my kids who live elsewhere and are in college. All have thanked saying that the showers in their apartments are too short, crummy sprays, not enough pressure, etc. So this endorsements comes not only from me but from three others.

Adjusts to accomodate people of all heights. I move this product to different positions on a daily basis and it STAYS where you want it!!! That's a tough find...I've tried other products that loosen quickly or wear out and fall or sag out of the desired position. I own one that's around 5 years old that still works great, so I bought 2 more for a vacation home in AZ where I could never find another product that satisfies the whole family(around 20 people)!!!! Great product!!!
