This is a great alternative to the bag microwave popcorn. It pops pretty much all of the kernels and it ends up tasting just like the movies with the right oil and salt. My only complaint is that the bowl is not very durable. My bowl cracked in a couple of places on the first use. Although, I still can use it, it is not attractive to have these cracks in the bowl.

I had one of these bowls in college and loved it. I have stopped buying microwave popcorn because of this bowl. Tastes better and is a million times better for you! The bowl gets pretty hot, but we just dump the popped corn into a different bowl when it's finished

After selling my air-popper in a garage sale years ago, I needed a non-fat way of making my favorite snack; I saw this one at a weight loss clinic I'm going to and had to have one right away. I've even popped a small amount (1 1/2 T)with no oil and it works great.

I like the idea of reusable container for my pop corn and it's good that i don't need any oils or butter for delicious result but I wish all the kernels popped - unfortunately some stay whole. When I tried to extend popping time the ones on top got burned.

Big fluffy kernels every time!
This popper does the job for which it is intended very well: it pops corn in the microwave. It is easy to use, simple to clean, and stores conveniently. Nothing is perfect, but this doesn't need to be.A very good performer.
During the summer I used this product to make popcorn for a large group of children while we watch movies. Last year my staff went through 10 -8 boxes of microwave popcorn...this year I can make more popcorn in less time than popping bags of microwave individually. The children always ask for seconds.
