FLOWERS thrive in TOPSY TURVY, too! And talk about an interesting way to grow them! Flowers grown in TOPSY will "curl" upward seeking the sun, creating gorgeous "upside down umbrella-like sprays" of flowers. Flowers grown this way look "interestingly different" (almost like a new variety of plant).

I used these last year for 3 types of tomatoe plants and peppers. I was able to get them out early and when a frost came I just move them in the shed for the night. Alot easier than trying to cover. The only problem I had was getting the sponge out to reuse for the following year. I will use them as long as I can get them.
I live in an apartment on the second floor and have all types of plants growing. I have wanted to grow tomatoes for a long time but knew I would never be able to fit a plant on my porch once it matured and began to bear fruit. Then I saw the topsy turvy. I'll admit, I was hesitant but decided for [$] it couldn't hurt to try. It turned out to be a very well spent [$]! I have it anchored on the beam just outside my porch railing and it is growing great. We have had some incredibly windy days but it has done very well and is now bearing about 10 tomatoes that are just beginning to ripen.
The getting the top on was a pain but other than that it seems to be a good product for the price. I am not sure how many seasons the product will last but it lasted this summer and i did get tomatoes.
This was easy to use and worked as it said it would. I love it! No snails. They can't get to it.
nice easy and attrative, its out of the way of dogs.
