Wonderful product!Why didn't someone think of this sooner? I wake up earlier than my husband on weekends and make coffee, so it may sit for an hour or two(or three) before he gets up. Coffee stays warm all morning- most of the day for that matter. No more burnt coffee smell around the house or worrying if we forgot to turn off the coffee maker after we've left the house. We love BUNN -we've always had great success with them. We love that we have hot coffee in a matter of minutes.

This is a great coffee brewer, but what they don't tell you is it will smell like burning plastic for a long time. I called, and was told the smell would go away in a couple of days. It did, but it took a month! Smell occurred when reservoir was heating.

This model has no warmer to forget and leave on (have you ever returned home to a cooked coffee aroma?) but the insullated stainless steel carafe keeps your coffee warm for hours.There is no worry of shattering the carafe on tiled counters or floors. Only a 10 cup unit but a fresh pot can be brewed in just 3 minutes. Great when entertaining and fits in well with our other stainless appliances. Placed on the kitchen counter it is just right to slide under the wall cabinet when not in use. Highly recommended!

Works great, I like hot fresh strong coffee, that stays hot for a while,this suits my purpose very well. It brews very quickly . We have two coffee pots, as my husband likes weak cold coffee reheated in the microwave and I don't.
